We love working with Realtors, you know your stuff, you're constantly working with investors finding them the perfect property, and we know you're not in love with managing properties.

Let us manage your clients' properties, and you'll make up to $1000/month for 6 months after the sale.

Let's work together!

There are two business models:

You bring the guest who is looking to rent a property. We really enjoy working directly with your customers, and we'd be happy to offer you 10% of the rental. They'll be delighted, and so will you.

You bring the client who has a property for us to manage as an Airbnb. We believe you may find this as the more interesting option. In this model we manage your client's property as a vacation rental, and make them double (or more) what they'd normally make on a yearly rental.

Depending on the type of property, you may receive anywhere from $175, up to $1000 per month (for 3 months). We’re looking to expand our collection of properties, so we’re willing to be even more generous if you refer a client to us within the next 30 days.

We can also help you find a good property for vacation rental for your client. Not all homes make a good vacation rental, and we know it!
