The property faces the beautiful neighborhood park, you can enjoy a pleasant outdoor space, all within walking distance, you’ll find grocery stores and a traditional shopping center called San Andresito del Sur. Just a few minutes away by car, you can reach the best shopping centers called Unicentro and Jardín Plaza.
The street called Avenida Pasoancho also features a pedestrian circuit ideal for walking or exercising, which connects to Parque del Ingenio, a well-known area in Cali for working out, enjoying local cuisine, and experiencing the city’s unique climate.
THE PROPERTY
It features two bedrooms on the second floor, ensuring privacy and rest. Each room has a double bed, and there is one bathroom and a laundry area with a washer and space for air-drying clothes. Each bedroom has a mini-split AC and in the living room. On the first floor, we have a secure, private entrance, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a kitchen/dining area. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed to accommodate up to two additional guests.
Parking is on the street, right in front of the property, with full visibility from inside the house. Around the park, you’ll find several spots to enjoy local cuisine, fast food, and cozy places to relax in the evenings and take in Cali’s pleasant breeze.
GUEST ACCESS
The house is completely private and exclusively for guest use, along with all its amenities.

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need anything.
OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS
• Some pets are allowed. We charge US $50 for one pet or US $75 for two.
• Parties are not permitted. Please keep noise at a moderate level out of respect for the residential nature of the neighborhood.
• The TV is a Smart TV with streaming services, and you can log in to your own accounts.
• DO NOT FLUSH PAPER in the toilets. If blockages occur, a US $250 plumbing fee will apply.
• Gatherings are not allowed.
• We have three (3) air conditioning units. Please turn them off when not needed or when leaving the property to conserve energy.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including medical marijuana. If smoke is detected, a US $250 cleaning fee will apply.
• You’re welcome to smoke outside.
• Parking is on the street in front of the house with full visual and audio control from inside.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A US $20 fee applies if you check out more than 30 minutes late. After 2 hours, a full night’s fee will be charged, and you may be asked to leave to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
• Violating house rules may result in removal without a refund.
• All guests must be listed on the reservation. Undeclared guests will incur a US $20 per person per day fee. We may also ask guests to leave if they are deemed inappropriate.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Capri is one of Cali’s traditional residential areas in the south of the city, it's still primarily residential today. It’s in a privileged location, close to many points of interest and connected by major roads like Calle 5, Avenida Pasoancho, and Calle 80.
The house is near a large park offering a natural space for relaxation, and very close by is Parque del Ingenio, a popular area for exercise, enjoying the city’s gastronomy, and experiencing Cali’s iconic weather.
GETTING AROUND
While you don’t necessarily need a car to explore the area, you may want to use Uber or a taxi to visit nearby popular destinations like the Unicentro and Jardín Plaza malls. You can also easily reach Cali’s most traditional tourist areas, like the riverfront along the Cali River and San Antonio Hill.
