Start the morning with coffee overlooking the canal, stretch out on a sun lounger, or cool off in the backyard pool. With outdoor dining, a gas grill, and a cushioned lounge area, there’s plenty of room to settle in and enjoy the waterfront setting.

Inside, the bright, open living space keeps everyone connected. Relax on the sofas, enjoy a movie on the wall-mounted TV, or challenge your travel companions to a game of billiards. Large windows and sliding glass doors bring in natural light and connect the living area to the pool terrace.

The kitchen offers generous counter space, an island with seating, and full-size appliances. Enjoy meals around the indoor dining table or take them outside for a relaxed poolside dinner.

The bedrooms continue the home’s playful coastal style, with colorful accents and space to unpack. Two bedrooms open directly onto the pool terrace, while a separate bunk room provides another sleeping space. Tiled bathrooms and a laundry room with a washer and dryer add practical comforts for your stay.

Some pets allowed - There is a $150 per pet fee if you travel with pets. Pets not allowed on the furniture or beds please.

TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. You have the option to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We do not provide streaming app accounts.
Please do not flush wipes down toilet. If you use wipes, you'll be responsible $1500 for any plumbing repairs.
No parties or gatherings greater than 15 people.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
No loud music after 9PM.
